Author of the new batch of young Catalan artists, his work is emphasized by an implacable formal resolution of poetry and intimism. Inspired on the essential registers of the human condition and involved in a recurrent use of the symbolic relation space-object and matter-language, his work is developed in different directions. One of them is the research in painting through glass mosaic which emulates pixels: the smallest part of a digital image. Concentrating on the paradigmatic aspects of the pictorial technique: structure and image, form and colour, figure and essence... in this case and by means of the representation of portraits and flowers, his work reflects on the enormous automatic power that each colour exerts on an image.
